I was talking with Prish Morah from Sweet_ness 7 Café the other day and she pointed out a really awesome calendar of events the café will be hosting this month. Share The Holidays, Share The Love is a series of dinner parties held at Sweet_ness 7 that will benefit West side families in need. For $50, you get “dinner, booze and band-aids for the dance-induced blisters,” according to Prish. All proceeds will be anonymously donated to families, which is an ideal way of being charitable (where neither the giver nor the receiver know each other).

Thurs., Dec. 17 A MOTOWN CHRISTMAS Nothin’ warms you up on a cold December evening like Marvin Gaye or Martha and the Vandellas.
A third event, a Sunday brunch on a date TBD (priced differently than the dinners) will be themed BRUNCH WITH BACH AND THE BIG GUY which will feature Christmas Carol karaoke and the big guy himself, Santa!
