Get out of your store, shop or office once in awhile to see what the competition is doing. Interact with potential new customers.
Make sure your Web site has the most important information (address, phone number, ordering info, etc.) in a visible and accessible spot. People are in a hurry now more than ever.
When working on promotional materials, show them to people outside of your organization. If they can’t figure it out quickly, rework it.
Consider customizing your social media presence online. If you’re not using social media to help promote your business, now’s a good time to start.
When printing, consider paying a little extra for a heavier stock paper. This will help you stand out from the competition.
