Down on the Dock

My friend celebrated his 32nd birthday in sun and style this weekend with a fun-filled vacation on Lake Canandaigua.  His aunt has a lake house that we were able to use, and thank God because it was BEAUTIFUL ALL WEEKEND!  The weather could not have been more ideal, the sunburn on my forehead more painful.  We did everything you’d expect a bunch of rascally youngsters to do on a lake....we drank lots of Corona, marinated many watermelons in vodka, grilled every meal, sat on the dock for hours, canoed from one side of the lake and back, and watched horror movies late at night.  It was awesome.  And a great birthday for our friend.
